Yes. We can assemble the plastic parts we manufacture with components supplied by our customers. Our assembly capabilities include mechanical fastening, solvent bonding, ultrasonic welding, and UV gluing. We can also install inserts, fastening devices, hinges, handles, and other hardware when required.

We complete all prototype tooling in-house for greater control and faster turnaround. Depending on project complexity, our team can create temporary tooling and parts in as little as one day. Prototyping helps us evaluate the component’s scale, structure, and functionality before determining the appropriate materials, manufacturing processes, and value-added services for production.

We can thermoform a variety of plastic materials up to 0.5 inches thick in sizes up to 60 by 104 inches and 36 inches deep.

Our general formed-measurement tolerances are approximately ±0.020 to ±0.030 inches, depending on material selection, with an additional 0.001 inch per inch beyond 12 inches. Our team reviews each project to confirm its achievable dimensions and tolerances.
